The building is situated in the northern part of the plot. The aim is to provide better exposure to the south. The entrance is at the eastern side, with pedestrian and additional car access. Since one of the streets bordering the plot is the main one for the village and is quite busy, the car approach
is from the less congested street, namely the eastern one. The residential building is designed according to the requirements of the client. It has three bedrooms, two bathroom/toilet facilities, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen and a garage for two cars with storage space. Two of the bedrooms will be used permanently, while the third one will be for guests and will be used incidentally. The largest of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom/toilet and a closet space. It is located closest to the front door of the building. The other two bedrooms will share a bathroom/toilet. The living room that includes a dining area is oriented to the south of the house with the largest possible view of the yard. The design includes a solid fuel fireplace, which can be seen equally well from the entire room. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a sliding door. In the northern part of the plot, there is a garage with storage and a boiler heater. Parking space for two cars is provided.
