The project is for the construction of three single-family residential buildings in the village of German, Sofia city. The buildings are two-storey ones, each one with its own yard. On the first floor there is a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, an office, a storage room and a bathroom. There is a rich glazing facing the yard and it is connected to it through the glazed doors/windows. This aims at gradating the space from the house to the yard.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a studio for individual and creative activities, a laundry room with a washing machine and a closet to one of the bedrooms. The exterior of the buildings is modern, it has clean forms and is typical for a small town house.
Located 5 km away from the capital, the houses offer all the amenities of the big city and at the same time privacy and tranquility.
